Delete your Calovex account
You can delete your Calovex account and personal data at any time. There are two ways to do it.
Delete in the app (fastest)
Open Calovex and go to My Profile, then Delete Account. Confirm when prompted. Your account and personal data are permanently deleted within 30 days.
Request deletion by email
If you can no longer open the app (for example, you have uninstalled it), email privacy@calovex.app from the email address on your Calovex account and ask us to delete it.
To protect your account, we only act on requests sent from the account's own email address, and we send a confirmation to that address before anything is deleted. Once you confirm, we permanently delete your data within 30 days. This step prevents anyone from deleting an account they do not own.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account removes your account and the personal data associated with it, including:
- Your profile (name, email, age, sex, height, weight, goals, preferences)
- Your logged data: meals, recipes, calories, macros, workouts, and progress entries
- Photos and other content you created in the app
What we may keep, and for how long
We permanently delete your personal data within 30 days of a confirmed request, except for a limited set of records we are legally required to retain, such as tax and transaction records required by Canadian law. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Cancel your subscription separately
Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription. If you have Calovex Pro, cancel it in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings, otherwise billing continues. See Support for step-by-step cancellation instructions.
