Most AI features require an internet connection. Manual food logging and viewing past data work offline.
Yes. Calovex Free includes manual logging, barcode scanning, 3 AI scans per day, streaks, ranks, and groups.
iPhone (iOS 14 and later) and Android (Android 8 and later).
In the app, go to Settings, then Account, then Delete Account. All your data is permanently removed within 30 days.
Account deletion
To delete your account, open Calovex, then go to Settings, then Account, then Delete Account. Your data is permanently removed within 30 days. If you cannot access the app, email us at support@calovex.app and we will process the deletion manually.
Subscription help
Manage your subscription through Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on where you subscribed.
iOS (iPhone or iPad)
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap Calovex, then Cancel Subscription.
Android
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile icon (top right), then Payments and subscriptions.
- Tap Subscriptions, then Calovex.
- Tap Cancel subscription.
Report a bug or request a feature
In the app, go to Settings, then Report a bug or Feature request. You can also email support@calovex.app. Including a screenshot or short screen recording helps us reproduce the issue faster.
